Robotics-driven by Digital Modernity-has already fundamentally altered our working and daily lives. Hello, Robot. tells the story of a convergence of human and machine. More than 200 exhibition objects from the realms of art, design, and architecture, as well as examples from technology, film, literature, fashion, science, and pop culture examine the inexorable hype around intelligent machines and the crucial role played by design. This first comprehensive exhibition on the opportunities and challenges of robotics invites visitors to reconsider their own attitude towards these new technologies.

The group exhibition ARTIFICIAL TEARS cites a speculative, unwritten chapter of human history. The augmentation or "optimization" of the human organism is completely redefining conventional concepts and lifestyles. It is becoming increasingly implausible to differentiate between "real" people and their incarnation in the media. Thirteen artists examine the quality of "humanness" against the background of science fiction and "singularity."
